Background about FAUmentoring ARIADNEphil

The program is aimed at female early career researchers from all departments who have at least started a doctorate, i.e. doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers and habilitation candidates.

The core of the program is one-to-one mentoring, in which the mentee receives individual advice and support from experienced academics at higher qualification levels.

The aim of the program is to individually support high-potential female researchers in their academic career planning.

An accompanying, target group-specific event program consisting of workshops, lectures and network meetings also gives mentees the opportunity to acquire career-relevant skills and build networks. The top-class event and seminar program is offered exclusively and free of charge for the mentees.
